💯⭐️ out of 💯! Ask for a room with view to the sea. Enjoy the restaurant. We got great vegan food (asked before booking). All the staff is super nice. Clean rooms. Everything you can ask for and all you want from a hotel. Remember to try Rødbrygga next door!

Great breakfast, modern rooms and great service. Really nice there. Ideal for anyone travelling with Hurtigruten. Right next to the museum and terminal. And there is a sauna that is on the sea and very nice.

I think the hotel with everything was great, I think it was stupid that there was no minibar in the room, and there was no kettle and instant coffee in the room. Otherwise great.

New, fresh hotel, good breakfast, had problems with the room key, they fixed it right away, quiet and peaceful, lovely view, would love to come back.

Fantastic hotel! Pleasant people at the reception and restaurant. Got a great room! Lovely area. Very good breakfast! Two in our family eat gluten-free, so you would have liked a little more choice. Plus for gluten-free pancakes.

We were given a room that was not cleaned, after we unpacked we saw that there was dog hair in large clumps everywhere. On the carpet you could clearly see where the animal had been lying. We got dog hair on our dress, clothes, socks, bed, etc. We documented it with photos, and were given a change of room. One of our traveling party (there were 5 of us in 3 rooms) is severely allergic, glad he didn't get our room. After you have had guests with animals in your room, you must not forget cleaning, thorough cleaning. The fact that there were potato chips and chocolate paper under the table also testified to a lack of cleaning. The bed linen was changed and clean, as was the bathroom.
This was not a good experience for us!
