Very dirty, smelly hotel with dead bugs in the guest room. The whole property looks poorly maintained.

Tried to cancel a book now pay later thru ******* and was told I had to call *******. After contacting ******* the said there was no problem and to call back the hotel. Upon calling back and talking to a very rude and nasty argumentative guy by the name of MIKE if that was his name. He said i WAS LYING TO HIM AND I DID NOT SPEEK TO ******* AND THET DIDN'T NOW ANYTHING ANY WAY. He was very argumentative and yelling at me. This is no way to treat anyone let alone a customer. I would not recomend this location to my worst enemy.

From the attitude of the front desk clerks to the roaches in the room this was a terrible experience. I travel a lot and this is the worst days inn I have stayed at. Even the wifi was terrible. I was traveling through for my birthday and wanted a place to stay and rest but never again Days Inn Hagerstown. Only other thing is the app needs to update the deposit because it shows 25.00 but it was 50.

My stay at Days Inn on Dual Highway, Hagerstown, MD was the worst i have ever experienced! The maid opened my room door with her master key while i was sleeping. I didn't have any clothes on. I jumped out my sleep and I asked her what she was doing in my room. She didn't answer me and continued to walk in my room and picked up the house phone and called the front desk! I was very upset! They violated my rights and neither the maid nor the front desk clerk apologize! I was very furious!!!
