Beautiful and clean hotel with nice rooms! The only downsides are that the room doors close very loudly, which woke us up early every morning due to the constant banging. Also, the shower floor is very slippery, and water flows out into the bathroom during and after showering, keeping it constantly wet.
The hotel's location is great! It's close to the Plein, so you can easily walk into the city. And it's on a quiet street, so you're not bothered by the hustle and bustle.

Great location and looked quite modern. Nice that there were two sockets next to the bed. Shower gel, shampoo, hand wash were provided and of good quality.

We booked a Family room. The room booking said “City view”. The room was in the basement with very small windows high up that couldn’t be opened and there was no view. Because in the basement the wifi was very limited and difficult to link into. The room itself was super modern and clean. It’s beautifully designed and a lovely hotel, but I’d prefer to have know when I booked that I would be in the basement with very limited wifi access.

I stayed two nights with friends and highly recommend it! The room was clean and beautiful. The location is superb; The Hague's transportation network revolves around The Hague Central Station, and the hotel is only 8 minutes away. It's extremely convenient to use by Flixbus, train, bus, and light rail. Even without taking public transport, you can walk to many attractions. The staff were very nice; they provided soup, fruit, water, and coffee upon check-in.
