Good location and nice room!

We booked 4 rooms for our family tour and we enjoyed our stay! The staff were very helpful. Rooms were cosy and clean, with an open kitchen inside which is amazing!

The hotel is fine and good location

Almost everything can be done within the hotel. Since Albert Hain is right nearby, you can buy ingredients and cook in your room, exercise, and drink coffee in the common area. There isn't enough space to eat breakfast, but it's okay because you can take it up to your room and eat it. I like that it's close to the train station.

I love traveling to The Hague and have stayed in a few hotels, but the Residence Inn was the best I've stayed in so far. We had a studio with an integrated kitchen (dishes, cutlery, wine glasses, dishwasher, pots, pans, everything available), coffee machine and kettle, microwave. Cleanliness, perfect central location between the main train station and the center, very tasty breakfast, one of the best fitness rooms in a city hotel I've ever been to, you can even do your laundry there yourself. Top hotel. From now on I will only come there.

The location was convenient as it was a 5-minute walk from Central Station!! The staff were so kind, and it had a kitchen and was clean like a real home. This is a hotel I want to visit again:)

Very tidy, very spacious, with an invincible view. Highly recommended. Thanks to the front desk for arranging the panaroma view, I can enjoy the most beautiful sunset in The Hague

公寓式酒店，有微波爐，全套的餐具廚房用品，包括洗潔精。附近有超市，買速食品可以微波爐加熱。有咖啡機（可以燒熱水），房間比較新，硬件不錯。 早餐一般，地方不大，但是，允許帶回房間吃。 需要吐槽的是，酒店的環境，周圍一圈都正在施工。谷歌地圖導航，走到圖二一直叫右拐，但都是施工圍欄擋着，沒法拐。。。然後，走過頭了，導航直叫掉頭。。重新確認就在這灰色的樓，但就是過不去。衹好回頭重新回到火車站，繞一大圈，繞到樓的另外一側。路不好拖行李，半路行李箱的輪子掉了（才買不到一年）。然後，千辛萬苦到酒店大門，進不去！等到有人刷門卡，才知大堂在9樓。門口的告示不明顯。 酒店靠近酒吧一條街，半夜酒吧有人喝酒吵鬧。

The location is a five min walk from the main train station and is easy to get to. It shares the building with Moxy though there are separate entrances. The room is well equipped and had everything you could need. It has a lot of space and big lounge. There is a free laundry thus we washed and dried our clothes over a long breakfast. The stay was very relaxing and I recommend it highly. Service is okay and the breakfast is quite good though not with the range of some hotels.

I stayed here 3 weeks recently. I liked the location but it was lacking in several areas. First, the water in the shower was not "hot". I t was very warm, but it was not hot like an American hotel shower. The sinks have hot water but they put some kind of throttle on the temperature for the shower. I called maintenance who could feel the difference, switched rooms, but the same issue. The frustrating thing was the hotel kept saying it was going to be fixed, but in the end one of the staff said it wasn't supposed to get any hotter. So why not just tell me? Switching rooms is a hassle. Also room temperature is not easy to manage. It was too cold (can't go above I think it was 70 degrees). I got a space heater which helped but would prefer to have more latitude to adjust the temp. Also, they don't staff the phones well. Many times I called for a towels, etc. nobody answered.
