Staff are helpful and polite.
Room overall is clean and tidy
There are proper setup and equipment in the room, they boiling pot, refrigerator. Fit for my business traveling.
Hotel is nearby a main road, easy to arrange transportation and pick up.

The bill we booked clearly stated 2 adults + 11 year old child, in the end there was an additional charge of 220,000 VND/day, I don't understand what that fee is, until today when I checked out there was still no response.

The hotel's view is okay, behind the river there is a bit of a smell. There are not many dishes served for breakfast, nor are there many outside restaurants to choose from. Compared to other hotels in the same price range, it is quite expensive
