第一次入住海城瑞庭鳳凰酒店 讓對海城的酒店有了新的感覺 酒店位置很好 交通便利 酒店外部環境乾淨整潔 門口停車場停放的規規整整停車很方便 進到酒店一聲甜甜的“您好”彷彿是春日裏的一抹陽光打在心頭 前台小姐姐温柔細心的幫我們班裡入住 她們甜甜的笑容代表着酒店形象給進來酒店給客人完美的第一印象 在辦理入住時看到有老年人找不到位置 她們耐心的指引 並幫助送到客房幫助開燈 開電視 這種細緻的服務是我第一次在酒店裡看到 現在的酒店能做到這種細緻的服務真的很少見 讓人放心且安心 進入到客房 房間温暖舒適 房間採光好 現在春天在陽台看見外面綠油的草坪 感受春日裏的微風 陽光打在房間裏整個人彷彿回到家的感覺 床單被罩非常整潔 屋內一點灰塵沒有 足以看到這個酒店對衞生要求的嚴格 以及服務人員打掃的細緻 在這個酒店遇到的每一個服務人員都帶着笑容問好 有任何問題他們都幫忙解答幫助 早餐樣品很多 中式西式都有是自助餐形式 早餐環境乾淨 餐品温熱 非常好 總體來説 這次出行選擇瑞庭鳳凰酒店 讓我和我的家人都非常開心 下次出遊首選一定是瑞庭鳳凰酒店！

住過的酒店很多，性價比這麼高的，確實少見。首先酒店免費停車場，外觀很氣派，有點城堡的感覺，二樓是首層，前台小姐姐很漂亮，這是基礎，還很熱情，微笑彷彿帶着温度，強烈表揚4月4日下午至晚八點這個時間段的前台小姐姐。
從房間來看，正常標準間30平左右，瑞庭鳳凰大約60平，寬敞的很，這要是在一線城市，必須是豪華套間的面積。衞生間，有淋浴和浴盆，貼心的是，酒店提供浴盆一次性套，還是免費的，必須怒贊。提供一次性洗漱用品是標準配置。
酒店提供的是河景房，房間有個小露台，可以從房間出來透透氣，遠眺河水緩緩流淌。酒店前是市民活動場所，有籃球場地，有一些人在打籃球，雖然不影響休息，但一直有誘惑啊，心裏癢癢的，想到籃球場一展身手，無奈年華不在、人生不能重來，但不影響每個人心裏都有一個櫻木花道吧。
最後説餐食，公道話，到海城，不會在酒店吃中餐晚餐，必須直奔牛莊歹餡餅啊，所以唯一的機會是早餐。早餐38一位，可以説非常的親民和良心，這個價格當然也不要指望特別高檔的食材吧，但基礎的還是不含糊，中西結合，麪包也有油條也在，牛奶和酸奶的旁邊就有豆漿，愛喝咖啡也考慮到了，還有果汁，蔬菜沙拉旁邊就有醬八寶，光麪條就準備了三種，鹵子還有三種。貼心的是，昨晚打包的牛莊餡餅，阿姨在煎蛋鐵板上，免費幫助加熱。而且早餐區景色特別好，大挑空很舒適。總之，早餐區為酒店加分了。
綜述，無論酒店開在哪裡，服務永遠是第一位的。在海城這個四線城市，能夠看出這是個想做好的酒店，真正踏踏實實做事的酒店管理方。五星好評，下次還會選擇瑞庭鳳凰。

前台小姐姐太好了，給我升級的房間，觀影房，床也可以調節，簡直太棒了！我是注重細節的人，房間有免費的浴缸套，馬桶套，巾類都是新的！站在窗邊視野也非常好，能看到外面的海城河！早餐也是棒棒的。服務人員都很親切，推薦入住！
