Hi Inn Hotels in Haikou

The room was clean and the service was excellent. The facilities were complete, with a washing machine and dryer. The front desk lady even helped keep an eye on my laundry, which was a very nice gesture. Overall, I had a good experience.

This newly opened hotel far exceeded my expectations! Everything felt brand new, from the decor to the appliances, and it was absolutely spotless, which made for a very comfortable stay. The service was excellent; every staff member, from the front desk to housekeeping, was warm, attentive, and always ready to help. The room was much larger than I anticipated, with a smart layout that never felt cramped – I could spread out my luggage with no problem. Best of all, considering the superb conditions, the value for money is incredible. For just over 120 RMB, it felt like a steal! I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Haikou. Plus, it's right next to the Qilou Old Street, making evening strolls super convenient.

The room is clean and tidy with no smell, and the bed is very comfortable and I sleep very comfortably. Special thanks to Miss Qingqing at the front desk. Her service attitude is very warm. Because we have an elderly person who specially arranged a quieter and more comfortable room for us. During our stay, my grandfather went out for a walk and couldn't find a room. Miss Qingqing specially sent the elderly person back. The room also provided boiling water for us while we were resting in the front hall. I was very touched and very grateful!
