一百多的酒店入住要收按金100元，我想請問，你們是怕我損壞房間裏哪些價值不高於100的物品嗎？那我如果弄壞你們的電視機，你準備點解？另外我不是很理解為什麼海南很多酒店的衞生間都不是乾濕分離？為了製造熱帶雨林淋雨的效果嗎？房間臨街，隔音約等於沒有，晚上根本沒法睡覺。最致命的是房間裏煙味非常重。下去找前台想換房，服務員和我説衹有無窗的房間。那我問價格呢？你們居然告訴我説價格一樣，當我是**嗎？服務員一句話：我們沒有其他房間了，你不滿意就換酒店吧。嗯，你真牛！房間牆壁滲水發黴，我都不想説了，噁心得要死！我沒要求你這個價位的酒店多豪華，但你好歹讓人看起來乾淨一點行嗎？！電梯地毯真的和包漿了一樣，辣眼睛。退房當天，服務人員沒有任何歉意，板着個臉，我們提出收按金不合理的看法，這前台回答絕了：每家酒店都不一樣啊，每家有每家自己的做法。我們直接回懟過去：你們家房間牆壁都黴成這樣，確實挺與眾不同的呢。丫的連個屁都回不出來了。勸各位避雷吧。電視機大是沒用的，服務不好、隔音不好、衞生不好！
