Despite booking a room designated for four people, we were surprised to find only two single beds provided. Upon inquiry, we were informed that this was indeed their designated room for four individuals. This discrepancy left us utterly perplexed and disappointed. Additionally, our stay was further marred by inadequate amenities. Despite our reservation for four guests, we were initially provided with amenities catering to only two individuals – two bath towels, two toothbrushes, and two pairs of slippers. We had to bring this to the attention of the receptionist to ensure we received the appropriate provisions for all four guests. Such oversights detracted from the overall experience of our stay.

The location was ok but DiDi will not stop at the hotel. You will need cross the motorist lane to get on and off the car. If you looking for night market, this hotel not walking distance to any. The security of the hotel is not so strict so you will see non-guest of the hotel entering the hotel entrance. Also, we believe they will go to the room level as well because we received adv under the door. The front desk staff not very sure on the check in for oversea guest, it took quite awhile for you check in as compare to other hotel we stayed in China.

The most important choice when traveling is hotel accommodation. When we came to Haikou, we chose the Windson Hotel near Qilou Old Street. It was proved that our choice was right. There is a large parking lot in the backyard of the hotel, which is very convenient to enter and exit. There are also charging piles, which also saves a lot of time for new energy car owners to find charging piles. In addition, the hotel rooms are also good, the hygiene of the rooms is also very clean, and there is also a smart Xiaodu in the room to control the home appliances in the room, which also makes our stay much more convenient. Just call Xiaodu and you can control it. The service at the hotel front desk is also very warm and polite. When checking in, they carefully explained the hotel facilities and equipment to us and guided us to the entrance of the parking lot. Overall, it is still very good. It is a good hotel for travel.

The guest rooms are exquisitely decorated with simple yet stylish decoration. The bed is soft and comfortable, and you feel like you are wrapped in clouds when you lie down on it, and you will have a good night's sleep. The room has excellent soundproofing, and when you close the window, the noise from the outside world disappears. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries are of high quality and have a light fragrance. The hotel has a superior geographical location and convenient transportation around it. The subway station is close at hand, making it easy to go to various attractions. There are also many specialty shops and large shopping malls around to meet your leisure shopping needs.

The room is a bit narrow. I can't close the door even when sitting on the toilet. There is no problem placing the suitcase. The TV is the biggest highlight. It is big enough and you can watch all the TV channels. The whole house is smart and is voice-controlled by Xiaodu. This is a good experience and you can be lazy to the extreme. The cleanliness is good. It is quiet when sleeping facing inward. The pillow is the height I can adapt to (not the kind of very high or very low pillow). The service is average and the breakfast is average. What is lacking is that the bed is a bit shaky. The double bed room we stayed in can shake the bed when the person next to us turns over slightly. The location is not bad. There is a shopping mall diagonally opposite and you can walk to the Qilou Old Street. It has its own parking lot, which is convenient and safe.

It was too late to go home for the New Year when we crossed the sea, so we chose to stay here. Parking was very convenient, the front desk lady was very enthusiastic, the environment was nice and clean, the toilet was automatic flushing, and it was quite quiet, which was suitable for light sleepers like us. In front of it was the Nanya Plaza, so it was very convenient to have a cup of tea in the morning. The transportation was convenient, and I would patronize it again next time. It is worth recommending.
