位置：酒店的位置應該是屬於海口的新城區，整體距離一些景點或者熱門路線都比較遠，如果沒有車的話會有點麻煩，就像那天我們開車去吃飯，大概花了近一個小時。但是旁邊是一個港口，是可以看到海的，就是海邊不太乾淨。
環境設施：因為是淡季，其實酒店沒那麼熙熙攘攘，整體還是挺清凈的，沒那麼雜亂，但是如果是旺季的話，和維也納共用電梯可能會有些雜亂。房間的很多收納盒都是塑料的，説實話看起來確實有點廉價。而且房間的名稱其實有點莫名其妙，海景房我可以理解，但是園景房的窗外就是一棟樓呀，不明白什麼園，小區家園？
服務：真的真的要吐槽一下，辦理入住時明明不是旺季，而且很多房間是空的，前台小姐姐還是讓我們等查房，確定入住房間是否打掃出來了，我很感激前台給了我們升級房型，但是我們兩個人升級了一個兩米四的大床……怎麼説呢，為了升級而升級，有些雞肋，我們兩個看到床是有些不知所措的，其實這種如果淡季沒那麼緊張可以升級一個價格高一點的海景房，雖然差價有點大，但是一定會有好評的，也算值得吧。最後我們退房的時候真的讓我體驗感很差，酒店似乎和物業關係不是很好，或者是停車場的收費系統有問題，我們輸入了車牌號但是出不去，需要繳費35元，我給前台打電話，第一通電話接通居然問我哪位？what ？然後我告知了情況，她説她處理一下，她還在接客户讓我先掛一下電話，好好好，然後還是出不去，我們就給停車場物業打了一個電話，物業説要麼現場繳費，要麼等酒店通知，不然他們不能開閘，我就又給酒店打電話，前台説她在輸入一次車牌號，我這次沒讓她掛電話，結果就是不可以，她説她和物業聯繫，讓我們等一下，這一等就是20分鐘，我實在等不住了，就又打電話過去問，她跟我説已經處理好了，這我們才開車出去了，天菩薩，處理好了就不能給客户打電話説一下嘛，如果我不問，是不是要讓我們無止盡的等下去，真的服了，一路都在説服自己這衹是亞朵而已，但是我在北京住的亞朵真的很好。
建議服務員多培訓在上崗吧！
