服務好爛啊，衞生好差啊，態度好冷漠啊。
定好的房間到了才説沒房，讓換一間，還把責任推給我説我沒跟他們溝通就直接定了，活久見。
房間牆壁臟，水杯有陳年老垢不知道多久沒清理過了。
找我要按金的時候很沒禮貌。就五個字：交一百按金，連個稱謂都沒有，不衹是服務，感覺連家教都沒有。
退按金更搞笑，微信發消息不回，語音拒接，通過攜程打電話不接。住個酒店真是給自己找氣受。

房間乾淨衞生，有陽光照進房間，房間很明亮很寬敞，電視也是會員無廣告，來海南一段時間了，海邊也住了，住在這裡在一手堂調理一下脊椎，早上有人在樓下跳操，聽着音樂很開心，大概人類就是喜歡羣居吧，有人氣的地方比較宜居。

智能這塊 小智管家好像是智能控制燈光和窗簾 因為喊它開電視和調整空調無法操作 然後衞生這塊真的需要加強 不得不説房間的床單被套 晚上躺上去很濕的感覺 晚上空調開了一夜的抽濕模式 第二天早上起來就感冒狀態了

為了看跨年訂的 離場館特別近 樓下對面就是小吃街商場 酒店環境也特別舒服 前台人也很好送了伴手禮 有需求一提出來立馬就解決了 今年要是有活動還會繼續來訂的！

服務：全程無服務，加微信辦理入住等了20分鐘都沒有發房號密碼。自費停車，住了一晚停車費21塊錢。退房了退個按金微信問了3次才退。地理位置方便，房間乾淨。建議店家提升一下服務質量和停車費的問題。

房間跟網站圖片一致！酒店式公寓，電子門密碼入住，房間配備智能管家語音可控制窗簾跟燈光，比較安靜沒有吵鬧聲！每天有衞生打掃服務！
樓下就是遠大商圈，餐飲非常多，夜晚美食廣場非常有煙火氣！附近公車可以直接到海邊，走路去海邊大概 25 分鐘左右，海邊沙灘🏖乾淨，遊客不是很多！
