酒店位置很好，鬧中取靜，一面朝向公園，一面臨街，離騎樓老街不遠，馬路對面都是大型商廈，購物方便，交通便利，衞生和服務也都不錯。美中不足的是，酒店雖然剛裝修過，但空調都是舊的，製冷效果不太好，且內部出風口噪聲有點大；還有一點可能是酒店業的通病吧，就是被子太厚，海南跟別的地方不同，年平均温度高，被子厚了就得增加開空調的時間，並且得調低温度，再加上空調製冷效果本來就差，一天到晚連續不停地運行，得費多少電啊，而且還不環保。酒店老闆真得好好算算這筆賬，千萬別因小失大。
