For Haikou International Duty-Free City, a shared ride will get you there for under twenty yuan, or you can walk a few minutes to the Performing Arts Center station and take the double-decker tourist bus Route 3. Both driving and public transport options are very convenient, so you won't have to worry about getting around when traveling with kids. The hotel's facilities and environment are equally impressive. The overall decor features soft, elegant tones, making for a quiet and relaxing stay. The breakfast buffet offers a rich variety of options, ensuring everyone from young to old can find something they like. What truly warmed my heart was the hotel's personal touch and attentive service. The staff were gentle and friendly, and knowing I was traveling with two children, they proactively upgraded our room, genuinely considering the comfort of families. The attention to detail showed thoughtful care, far from cold, process-driven service. You could feel their sincere effort to put guests first. Whether it's the convenient location, the comfortable living environment, or the warm and considerate service, this hotel is perfectly suited for families.

After looking at many hotels online, I finally chose Mercure, and it was much better than I expected once I checked in. The surrounding area is very convenient with shopping malls everywhere. The French decor is very cozy and welcoming, and the front desk service was excellent and very friendly! The room was huge, easily comparable to a five-star hotel! A great experience!
