Very good, excellent!
**Cleanliness**: Very good, I really liked it.
**Environment**: Super clean, great. The room was spacious, and the parking lot was huge.
**Service**: Gesang provided excellent service.
The only downside is that the breakfast wasn't tasty and the selection was limited.

I've stayed at this hotel many times, and it's usually my first choice for travel. However, there was a small hiccup this time: the room wasn't cleaned properly upon check-in. After reporting it to the front desk, they immediately moved me to a different room, so the service was good. It would be even better if they could improve the housekeeping transition between check-out and the next guest's arrival.

Newly opened and it didn't disappoint! Due to ferry delays, we arrived quite late, but the front desk lady called us to remind us about check-in and arranged a satisfactory room for us. I just have a small suggestion: the renovation quality might have some minor issues. There was a leak from a hidden faucet panel, and some wallpaper was uneven and bubbling. I think these details are quite important, and a strict touch-up would make it even more perfect!

Very comfortable and clean! The lady at the front desk was also super friendly. We've been traveling from Sanya, and this is the second most comfortable hotel we've stayed in. We mentioned we needed a quiet room because we have a child, and the lady even upgraded us to a much bigger room. It's not noisy at all, very quiet 👍. Much more comfortable than staying at Vienna, and the breakfast has a good variety too!
