MOS HOTEL HAIKOU

My kids love staying at hotels, and choosing the family room at Muna Hotel was absolutely the right decision! The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with no strange odors at all – the little ones immediately started running around and having fun. The hotel's decor is beautiful, and the environment is very peaceful, making for a truly restful night's sleep. The staff were all very friendly and patient with the children. The breakfast noodles were delicious, and there was a wide variety of choices, all enjoyed with a great view. The most convenient part was having a self-service laundry machine – a lifesaver when traveling with kids and a pile of dirty clothes. Parking is free, and it's not far from the mall, making dining and shopping super easy. If I get the chance to travel with my kids again, I'd definitely stay here. I truly recommend it to all moms!

Traveling with family, my child absolutely loved this family room. The layout was great, and they slept really well. Breakfast was also delicious. The hotel staff member, Xiao Ming, was polite and professional, providing excellent service and even giving a small gift to my child. Everyone was very happy.

Facilities: The family room is quite spacious, and even a slender adult can comfortably sleep on the children's bed. The room itself is relatively large, making it more convenient to move around. Cleanliness: The towels were reasonably clean, and I didn't find any other major hygiene issues. The room had no strange odors, and the small balcony could be opened for ventilation. Service: It was very convenient that food deliveries could be brought directly to the room by a robot. The front desk staff were warm and attentive. Summary: There's a large shopping mall nearby, and the hotel is reasonably well-located for the high-speed train station, about a 20-minute taxi ride away. It's a good option for a transitional stay during a business trip.

Too expensive. The food was cold. The staff were friendly. It was also very noisy from the street at night. No Chinese tea for breakfast.

The lady at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. Our room had no strange odors, and the whole place felt very new and well-maintained. We had a really comfortable stay. Plus, there's a restaurant on the fourth floor which was convenient. We'll definitely be back!

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! There was a slight medicinal smell in the room, which was a bit odd, but everything else was quite good. I loved the Nanyang-style design; the materials and aesthetic were very well thought out. It's definitely worth checking out. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. The restaurant food was decent, though breakfast was just okay. The standout was really the charming decor, which added to the delightful surprise.

This designer hotel is amazing, with a Japanese-Nanyang style! The front desk staff, Xiao Huang, was also very kind and enthusiastic!

The room style and size were perfectly fine! Here are my pure complaints: 1. Before checking in, I called the front desk to ask for a quieter room because I had a child with me. The hotel simply replied: "When you get here, we'll talk about it then!" 2. After checking in, the phone in the room didn't work. I reported it to the front desk, but nothing came of it. I ordered takeout and waited for the robot delivery, but I just had to sit there because I had no idea when it would arrive at the door! 3. The mini-fridge in the room still had leftover cake from the previous guest. I told the front desk, and they just said: "It's probably because the cleaning lady wasn't careful!" And again, nothing further happened! 4. There was no shelf in the shower, so I had to put all my toiletries on the floor! This was my first time in Haikou, and it was absolutely awful. I reported so many issues, but the hotel gave no feedback whatsoever! Everything just fizzled out! Seriously, avoid this place!! The service is terrible.
