態度挺好的，給升級了海景房。下大雨，接待很多會議。不過估計客人不多，服務在線，前台要加微信，定時有微信問詢。餐廳性價比一般。

很幸運選了這一家酒店，説説我的體驗吧，入住期間，酒店員工的服務態度讓我印象深刻。尤其是Willa小管家，從前台接待到開始叫客房幫忙送東西，超級耐心的，酒店每位員工都以熱情的笑容和細緻周到的服務，讓我感受到了賓至如歸的温暖。給我安排入住的房間寬敞明亮，佈局合理，為我的住宿帶來了極其舒適的體驗。無論是商務出差還是休閑度假，這樣的房間都令人感到十分滿意。酒店的床品非常出色，柔軟的床墊、潔凈的床單和被褥
酒店提供的早餐種類繁多，營養均衡，融合了中式與西式美食，至少我是ok的，很符合胃口
酒店地理位置不是很好，離機場近，離市區有點距離，適合自駕出遊，但是打車也很方便，都能輕鬆到達市中心和各大景點價格，主打一個靠海，有幾個游泳池，可惜下雨，天空不是那麼藍，
酒店的價格還是比較親民，結合Willa pang其優質的服務、舒適的住宿環境和完善的設施，我認為這家酒店的性價比極高，強推!。總體而言，這次入住體驗Willa服務貼心給我留下了極為深刻的印象，很感謝她在店的細心解答，希望下一站也能這樣體驗滿滿！

旅途第一趟選擇這家希爾頓 大堂真的很大氣。工作人員都很熱情 辦手續很快 過程中服務超好 很貼心 安娜管家帶我們回房間 介紹了酒店的環境 仔細跟我們説怎麼去海邊 房間安排很好 看的景色超漂亮 最近應該人少 在哪裡拍照都超級出片 無邊泳池拍照也超好看 早上早餐廳東西很多吃的 開到十點半吃的超飽 我們要去免税店 安娜還熱情跟我們説各個位置還有周邊好吃的 退房的時候也會順嘴提醒我們東西有沒有收齊 真的太棒了👏🌟下次有機會還要來住

位置:雖然離市中心有點距離，但是交通便利，出行也很方便.
環境:大堂寬敞明亮，乾淨。
服務:表揚一下Nita小姐姐服務很好，各種問題都能很好的解決，工作很細心。有禮貌，會主動問候，一直都笑眯眯的，感覺很親切，因為行程原因跟Nita説了一下還幫我申請免費延遲了退房時間，小姐姐超讚的!👍👍房間免費礦泉水，無線網，房間住起來很舒服，睡眠質量非常棒，設施齊全
停車:都是可以免費停車，停車方便。很推薦這家酒店!值得一住!下次有機會還會在回來多住幾天👍👍

不愧是榮譽品牌希爾頓。大堂穹頂高大，富麗堂皇。前台服務彬彬有禮。辦理節奏快，入住和退房手續簡便。
房間敞亮無異味兒。陽台能看見大海視線好。客房服務勤快。見賓客有禮貌。
整個酒店如海邊花園洋房，與沙灘海灣一步之遙。環境太美了且又十分幽靜。酒店的設施齊全，有泳池以及小童樂園。特別適宜休閑度假尤其是親子游。今年冬天肯定要帶外孫女來入住這家酒店。
早餐豐富。與其他我住過的所有酒店相比，最有特色的的是提供海南特色的補養涼茶，有龜苓膏，西米露，椰果等海南特點的水果小塊配上椰奶美味又養生。
特別要為賓客關係部的Nita點贊，入住酒店她主動來電詢問入住的感受，有什麼要求？語氣真誠又親切。離店Nita又專門來電讓我對酒店的服務提出意見和建議。Nita 小姐的服務工作細緻周到，讓我感到賓至如歸。謝謝Nita！

這次住的還挺開心的
帶着小朋友和外婆一起，親子出遊有小童遊玩項目，海灘，室外游泳池
微信專屬服務Nita很貼心服務到位，幫到我們很多每天的需求
連續住五天算是長住了。
這次錯過了室外水上樂園有點可惜了 期待下次吧

海口有事才會來一次，每次都會想要住哪裡，這次和朋友三個過來，看了一下選擇了海口魯能希爾頓酒店，酒店2016年裝修的，還是比較久了，有一些年代感，蚊蟲也比較多，但是拋開這些不説，管家Star服務不錯，幫忙升級了房間，贈送了歡迎水果，因為預訂的時候沒有注意看早餐，前台的陳美玉贈送了2份早餐，滿足了我們的需要，提前為客人着想，很有服務意識。給她們10星🌟好評！
