酒店位置還可以，就在南北水果市場旁邊，從機場過來也就不到半個小時，離高鐵站也很近，停車方便。酒店設施有點舊了，一進去潮濕的味道很重，太潮了，早餐還不錯，性價比還算可以，臨時住一晚很方便。

無法理解服務怎麼會差到這種地步！入住當天已經做完了人臉識別，但是做個房卡好半天做不出來，問前台可否讓保潔阿姨先給開門，等房卡製作好了再送上來，前台告知他們沒有能打開房間的房卡，衹能等，硬生生等了二十分鐘才弄好。第二天續住需要更新房卡，更新後上樓發現房卡無法打開房門，又下來更新一次，依舊無法打開，然後保潔阿姨給開的房門，後續再將能開門的房卡送來，更新個房卡這麼難嗎？而且明顯保潔阿姨有能開門的卡，為什麼在入住當天告訴我沒有能開門的卡，讓我在前台等那麼久？今天退房了，需要打印一份水單，居然連入住的月份都能打錯，水單總共就那麼幾個訊息，居然能各種出錯，打印了好幾回才打印正確。水單需要蓋章，前台告知管章的人不在，你們酒店這麼任性嗎，退房高峯時段居然管章的人不在並且沒有及時有效的應對措施，後來微信發給了我水單照片，我説需要掃描件，用掃描全能王拍張照生成一下很簡單，結果被告知弄不了，弄不了的原因是沒給客人弄過掃描版的，説其他客人都是拍照就行，我衹能理解為前台懶。連續三天與前台有三次交集，每次都發生離譜的問題，服務行業做成這樣也是獨樹一幟的存在了，我可以理解因客觀因素導致的問題，遇到問題解決好就行，但我相信任何人都不願接受因為懶惰或是不作為或是找藉口而帶來的離譜的情況！
