有人丟小卡片，門上沒有安全鎖，前台不讓換房，説都一樣！前台説有時候一晚上丟兩次卡片，還説公安局都不管這個事情！找警察也沒用！

酒店我就不細講了，我那天已經付費預約了單人間的豪華房間，晚上的飛機回到那裡，前台説我沒注意看我的預約，把房間開給其他人了，我直接無語，那請問網上預約有什麼毛用，是提前交錢是嗎？而且沒看到我的預約是什麼意思呢，是我預約了，還有打電話通知酒店或者去哪兒客服我要入住是嗎？最後前台態度很敷衍，給我開了非常普通的雙人間，意思是我花了豪華單人間的費用去住了普通雙人間，而且還是在酒店或官方沒有任何的通知情況下，我本身就很累了，畢竟是半夜沒地方住了，最後我覺得酒店不應該被推薦，就這樣的服務態度，用户體驗非常非常的差，真就不值得推薦給其他人的！
