The room was spacious, and downstairs there was a kids' room and a book bar, so the environment was excellent. The staff at the front desk, both the young man and young woman, were incredibly friendly. When we checked in, they immediately asked if we needed to pre-arrange airport shuttle service for our departure. It was really impractical, and I had to walk around twice with my luggage… I was already rushing to catch my flight!
