酒店就在景區，早上起得早可以把三個景區都逛了，晚上開燈後也很有感覺，房東很熱情，很好的體驗

久聞大名馮小剛電影公社，出差專門想去看看，入住了公社內的這家民宿，説實話，真不咋地，對住宿環境有要求的，建議就儘量不要選擇了。另外，公社內真沒啥好看的，冷清。

設施：這個房型的房間不是很大，房間也有點舊。
環境：在景區裏面，環境比較好，開窗就能看到街景。
服務：老闆很熱情，退房的那天還可以存行李在他家，然後繼續在景區拍照。
酒店對面的攝影店很出片，100一套衣服，包含粧造，6張簡修，拍完照還能穿他的衣服自己去自拍

房間很小，裝修簡陋，性價比低，贈送的都是虛的，無早餐，外出吃飯很不方便。

哎。此行一言難盡，這個評價也是因為老闆後續的溝通，還算很敞亮，才勉強給的。否則絕對差評了……
衞生很差1⭐，拖鞋都是黑的直接套個透明袋。一看連擦都沒擦
環境一般2⭐（洋房外觀無法改造可以理解。房內是否可以乾淨整潔明亮一些。燈有壞的，導致一個房間是黑的，馬桶孩子都不願意上）
服務1⭐（衹有接進景區的一次電瓶車服務）
並且最重要的原因是因為隔壁房間其他住客帶了寵物狗，狗狗一直在叫，整樓都無法休息。來接我們時的小哥晚上不到八點就幫忙與那個客人溝通，但是無果，導致晚上快9點了我們也無法休息。所以沒有辦法。我衹能晚上臨時找酒店。
因為帶着4個長者1個孩子，這個經歷真的是“難得”啊……😞😞😞
另外既然説的是房內贈送門票，在我要求退房時卻要求我補門票價格，而且DP上60歲以上長者票價68，卻要求我按138補票……本宮甚是不開心🙁，當即表示，我可以補門票，但不能當大頭吖😂衹能跟店家據理力爭啊，畢竟是自己兜裏的錢啊！
衹能找到這兩張圖片，樓梯間的小擺設（進民宿上樓時拍攝的。此時還不知道房內情況）
唯一好的就是民宿位置還不錯。

老闆很和善很實在，車接車送，很熱心。房間乾淨，設施齊全，在景區的位置也很好，打開窗户就是表演的街道，對面還有可以拍照的店。酒店免費提供的旗袍顏色也很多，夠選擇了！我和媽媽都選到了合身的旗袍去拍照！店裡的餐廳，早餐晚餐都可以點菜，種類多，飲品都是新鮮水果。總之，哪方面都很方便的。
