Changed rooms twice. The first time, the toilet flush was broken, so the customer service changed the room. When I entered the second room, I found two bugs on the bed and there was a lot of noise outside. I reported the bugs to the customer service and they changed the room again. The third time, I was quite satisfied with the room, it was quiet, and it looked clean. The tatami room was given to me all three times, which was a little bit uncomfortable, but it was okay after some adjustment. The facilities seemed to be lacking. The toilet flush was weak and easy to get clogged. The bathroom had no door or shower curtain, so the shower water would splash out. The tables and chairs in the lobby lounge were old and not very clean, and the toilet behind the lobby was not very clean. However, the service of the employees was good, and the breakfast was also rich.

酒店位於海口的標誌性建築是一棟老樓，剛裝修房間挺新的，出門是真的方便的很，房間乾淨整潔是我這次出門住過最乾淨的，前台的服務也是相當的熱情，知無不言哈哈，下次還是會毫不猶豫選擇愛麗酒店！！！
