酒店位於老城區、去往海南大學夜市、騎樓老街及附近餐廳都不算太遠，也算是老城附近環境最好的酒店，泳池中規中矩、不算大、水温略低，總體可以接受，房間開錯好在前台shaw及時解決、點贊！下次到海口再來！

一踏入酒店大堂，温馨的氛圍和熱情的服務就讓我倍感親切。尤其是Cassie小朱。客房寬敞明亮，設計典雅大方，床品舒適柔軟，讓我在旅途中感受到了家的温馨。衞生間的設施也十分齊全，乾淨整潔，讓我印象深刻。海口華彩洲際酒店給我留下了深刻的印象。無論是服務品質還是設施配備，都展現了一家五星級酒店的應有水平。然而，在細節方面仍有提升的空間。例如，客房內的隔音效果有待加強，以提高賓客的睡眠質量。此外，建議酒店增加更多具有當地特色的菜品和活動，讓賓客在享受高品質服務的同時，也能深入體驗海南的文化和風情。
