The area around the hotel is very lively, with the popular Wacai Plaza landmark nearby, which has tons of food options. My daughter mentioned that the soundproofing in the room isn't the best.

The dim sum at the first-floor Chinese restaurant was excellent. It's just a few minutes' walk from Huacai Haikou Bay Plaza, making shopping very convenient.

The front desk staff were incredibly dedicated and responsible, and the hotel environment was excellent. Every staff member I encountered greeted me warmly and was very enthusiastic. Ordering takeout was also super convenient, thanks to the delivery lockers.
