我於12月5日因商務出差入住假日酒店的豪華雙床房。本應是保障工作狀態的休憩之所，卻經歷了一系列令人極度不安與不滿的事件，其衞生狀況與管理應對令人震驚。給要定這家酒店的朋友們提個醒。
現將事實經過與核心問題陳述如下：
一、 事件時間線與事實要點
1. 前期服務疏漏：我於12月8日因更換同住人，出門前特意告知前台需更換房間四件套。當晚凌晨返回後，發現床品雖已更換，但早上的外賣盒、衞生間垃圾均未清理，房間並未完成全面打掃。
2. 核心衞生事件：12月9日清晨，同住同事在枕頭上發現疑似新鮮的點滴狀血跡。我們當即自查，確認面部等處無傷口。
3. 酒店應對過程：
前台接到反饋後，大堂經理與客房人員查看後，僅口頭回復“血跡比較新鮮，不像隔夜”，並多次強調“責任存在爭議”，拒絕承認是酒店清潔問題。
· 對於前一晚未徹底打掃房間的情況，酒店未給出任何解釋。
· 在協商中，酒店方提出的解決方案依次是：續住給予協議價、或不續住則免費延後退房。在我堅持要求對血跡來源和清潔缺失給予正式解釋與道歉後，對方提出“免去100元房費”。
· 當我再次拒絕經濟補償，堅持要求事實調查與責任説明時，對方表示“查證需要浪費彼此時間”，溝通陷入僵局。退房時大堂經理雖為電話溝通時的態度道歉，但依舊沒給出合理解釋。

A nice stay for the family, near to the beach. Breakfast is not that good for the price. If you want a comfortable stay then definitely stay here.

We booked a room to have a short trip to haikou. hotel location is good. House keeping work is very satisfying. There is no Lobby Lounge, the one had was not operational. Very less Breakfast items. Not much options in Breakfast. No good amenities in room. not even slippers for the shower area.

Room was big and the bed was huge!
Location wasn’t the best as it’s quite far from the city so had to take 30-45mins ride everyday just to get to the city, and then back.
Hotel is pretty old as it was built for a long time, and you do have to cross something like an express way to get the the beach which is not very convenient too.
Overall pretty nice as I got it at a good deal.
