好不錯，位置還行，恆大很大，需要走幾步，不過坐車的話，可以送到門口。離馮小剛電影公社不太遠。
適合一家人度假。

裝修比較老，設施部分有些老舊，用水不是很好，本來想着一家人自己做飯，廚房的水龍頭由於老舊水流實在太小，，床實在是太硬，沙發也是咯吱咯吱，不敢太用力做，不過小美女管家還是挺敬業的

優點：
1、房客可以免費使用廚房用品。
2、房間佈局尚屬合理，分體房屋結構還算是比較大的。值得點讚的是，小童房配置有書桌，假期帶孩子出門去玩，回來還可以寫作業。和在家的作息沒差。
缺點：
1、設施比較老舊，晾衣架東一個西一個不是變形就是生銹。陽台沒有紗門，不能開門通風，必須關着門窗，否則蚊子滿天飛。
2、還有餐桌上時常會有超級迷你小小的螞蟻，感覺爬到身上會咬人。晚上睡覺的時候，全身刺撓，老是做夢，夢見有螞蟻咬人。
3、最可怕的就是海南的蚊子，各種咬，滿身是包。最可怕的一個包，居然是在肚臍眼上方，奇癢無比。
4、海南氣候炎熱，房東應該配備防蚊噴霧和風油精之類的。
