很潮，蟲子比較多，房間雖然很大，但是地毯都是臟臟的，衞生條件不如小旅館好…當天到的玩，度假村門口連接送車都沒有，自己拖行李步行進來走了10分鐘…

因為第二天一早趕飛機定的酒店，前台升級了房型，但從大堂去到房間有點繞，一進房間就有未清理的煙灰缸，生銹的淋噴頭，還有點陰森感，帶着娃，他都説有點怕，晚上飛機聲太大，一架接着一架起飛的聲音很難入睡，一整晚衹睡著了一個小時，不會再選擇了

除了離機場近，真的沒有任何優點了。帶着兩個孩子，凌晨1點到的海口，這裏離機場近。推門而入一股令人頭疼的潮黴味，當天晚上兩個孩子一個被咬了8個包，一個被咬了2個🥹，一夜在打蚊子伴隨着飛機轟鳴聲。訂的池畔房，想着睡醒了孩子就可以下水玩。第二天睡醒推開門，就看到池畔的泳池裡全是臟東西和小蟲子，孩子居然主動不玩水了～～～要求趕緊換酒店😂
酒店很深，名副其實的皇家園林酒店！沒有車基本哪都去不了。有自己的小動物園。

乍一看綠化做的不錯，實際蚊蟲特別多，房間蚊香片跟擺設一樣，蚊子生龍活虎。動物園動物介紹的優點都是哪裡哪裡肉好吃…………酒店人也很少，就靠旅行團和航空公司了估計。我訂的池畔親子房，好像沒人住一樣，隔壁房間門口都結了蜘蛛網。進門一股黴味，泳池都是落葉。設施感覺至少有十幾年了。床品都是破舊縫補的。這麼多好評哪來的？早飯也不好吃，種類也不多。
