We came for the hot springs and were impressed by the hospitality of the hotel. They arranged a late checkout when my friend’s flight was delayed, as well as gave us complimentary soup and fruit. The breakfast is the best hotel breakfast buffet I’ve had of the three resorts I’ve stayed at in Hainan. Really a wonderful experience! The clove and Janine pools are a must, as well as the cold mint pool. Hope the African and Middle East pool sections are open next time I visit to be able to try all the “continents”.

這一次觀瀾湖之行真的太滿意了，我們到的早所以提前致電酒店，酒店值班經理很爽快的説已經給您升級了，歡迎您隨時入住（beth經理），到店又很巧遇到王經理，很熱情很開朗，很速度幫我們登記入住，入住流程流暢的不行。全程水樂園，温泉全完，很值這個價！！！重點還要提的是前台小田，小朋友玩水不小心被🏖️小石子掛到了，到前台小田幫我們用自己購買的消毒棉簽給小朋友消毒，還給我們拿了幾個創口貼換着用。
觀瀾湖酒店從服務到各項設施真的保持的很高水準，下次出玩首選海口觀瀾湖

酒店房型很大，景觀也好！酒店的宋文靜管家特別好！正好該退房的時候孩子有點不舒服剛從醫院回來，管家讓孩子在客房裡休息，説等孩子睡醒了再走，雖然怕回家太晚還是出發了，但是管家的態度讓人感到非常温暖！最後還給家人送到車上。一定要實名錶揚一下宋文靜管家[強][強][強][玫瑰][玫瑰][玫瑰]
