I booked this hotel because of the concert. The room was spacious and reasonably clean. The front desk staff (0613) provided excellent service. 👍

This stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the subway station, and there are many restaurants and shops nearby. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, check-in was quick, and they even upgraded my room for free. The room was spacious and clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep. We chose it based on the principle of not expensive, and overall it is worth the money. The location is normal, the room has everything you need, a kettle, a bed, a shower, slippers. And it is nice that breakfast is included.

Old and poorly soundproofed

As a four-star hotel, it is cost-effective and in a relatively convenient location. It is very convenient to travel. I was dissatisfied when I booked on Ctrip.com and saw that there was no breakfast. But I thought it was a bit weird for a four-star hotel to not have breakfast, so I called back. I went to the front desk to confirm and was told that the hotel has a Cantonese-style restaurant with a breakfast circle for 30 yuan. I asked if I could book two rooms, one for a double and one for a single. If the breakfast circle for a double was enough, I was told that it could be made. The waiter charged 30 yuan for delivery, so I placed an order for a room for two days, a single room and a double room. But when I had breakfast in the morning, there was only one circle for the double room. I was told that I would not recognize the person, only the room. There was only one circle for each room. I informed the front desk of the original phone number I communicated with the front desk, and the front desk gave me another breakfast circle. , I said to the front desk, please confirm whether the phone communication between me and the front desk is true. If there is any misunderstanding, then I will make up for it. At about four o'clock in the afternoon, I received a stiff call from the front desk and told me directly that we have always assigned rooms to one circle. If you can't accept it, you can check out. It's past the check-out time, but we won't accept you. Delay fee! I was really speechless, and it became a benefit to me.

It's very messy and the hotel is filled with various businesses. The front desk service is not at the level of a star hotel, but at the level of a fast hotel. The hotel does not restrict outsiders and is not safe. The room was nothing like the picture, it was very small and had no sofa. The facilities in the room are very poor and there is no phone, which is strange. The bedding was very poor. The air conditioner is not cool.
