The front desk service was excellent. I was very satisfied. The room was well-equipped and smart, parking was convenient, and the breakfast was good!

First, the good: The same front desk clerk was very friendly and polite for both check-in and check-out. The restaurant staff, a blue-uniformed staff member, was very attentive and personal. The hotel's location is convenient for travel, and the room was immaculately cleaned for two consecutive days. As for the bad: I requested a quiet room during my reservation. The first night was fine, but the second was a nightmare. At around 6:00 a.m., I was bombarded with decibels from the neighbors' open doors. The constant chatter and loud cell phones in the hallway overwhelmed me. I tried to negotiate with them twice, but to no avail. The representative from the other team even asked me to check out and change rooms if I couldn't handle it. I was exhausted and went to the restaurant for breakfast. I met a hotel staff member in the elevator to report it. The other party said: This is the guest's personal behavior... OK, I have nothing to say. If you compare this hotel with the standards of other Yishang hotels, the room does have problems such as old facilities and equipment, and odor and water accumulation in the toilet. It was my first time in Hainan and I wanted to have a good time and didn't want to report these problems. The typhoon stopped for six and disrupted my plan, which was already very depressing. It also affected my rest and caused me mental exhaustion. I have been to many cities and hotels, and this is the first time I have encountered such a situation... The hotel later proposed a compensation plan to comfort my injured heart... I escaped against the typhoon, and I hope everything goes well in my future trip to Hainan.
