房間乾淨衞生，家庭套房特別適合一家四口出遊住宿。自助早餐種類豐富，味道都不錯。3層的室內小童樂園設施很新，適合孩子玩耍。特別感謝前台Joan的熱情服務，有機會一定會再來。

小魚温泉很贊，熱温泉也是令人流連忘返，疲勞緩解了許多！餐廳也很不錯服務熱情周到，廚師手藝水平高超非常好吃！

Also, the hair dryer given for the double bed room I booked is a plastic low-quality hair dryer. It takes me ten minutes to blow dry my short hair. My partner's hair is longer and takes me half an hour. I called the front desk and they didn't handle it. They kept saying it was a voltage problem. I asked clearly if I could get a hair dryer with a higher power, but it was a Uni-President hair dryer that was so bad. I was speechless. They didn't even put more tissues. There was only one pack of tissues in the living room and one roll of toilet paper. That's it? The soundproofing is also terrible. I can hear the cleaning staff knocking on the door clearly. I can even hear a sneeze from the upstairs. Can the cleaning staff not knock on the room early in the morning? Guests need to rest. In short, I am very dissatisfied. The breakfast at this price is also very average. There are all kinds of tasteless things. I'm not satisfied with my trip to Haikou.

運氣好，前台可愛要表揚的雪梨和德利給我免費升級到海景套房，帶備餐枱和客衞，客廳卧室衣帽間主衞都很大，都帶陽台。服務員也都很淳樸，笑嘻嘻説話不緊不慢的。尤其要表揚早餐，醃粉、後安粉、椰子飯等等都有了，傳統中西式早餐能想到的東西也都有，服務也是很貼心。
