十分滿意的一次入住體驗，酒店前台的接待人員十分熱情且專業細緻。尤其是小芳小姐，熱情耐心，主動升房，並熱心介紹酒店周邊及其他服務項目，後續我們又續住了兩回就因為很滿意。房間開始訂的是套房，酒店直接升級到了江景套房，房間很棒，超大露台，景色很令人心曠神怡。客房服務人員也十份細緻，客房打掃的很到位，而且十分細心。我是煙民，一開始就用礦泉水瓶接水在露台當煙灰缸，沒想到第二天就看到客服服務人員給我在露台放了一個煙灰缸和酒店火柴，讓人感到很暖心。總之，這是一次十分滿意的體驗，以後肯定會優先選擇鉑爾曼酒店。

寶藏酒店！江景房能看日落，城景房能看日出！
酒店環境沒話説，服務也特別好，我一大堆行李，都是主動來幫忙的。
地下停車場寬敞乾淨。
約了酒店提供的旅拍，約拍的小哥態度不好，我説了兩次都漏掉了，還好臨時找到了攝影師，才沒有耽誤我的行程。
但攝影師超級給力，20分鐘趕到，拿的5D3，很專業，超級出片，拍到了我此行最好看的照片！原圖直出都美翻！
游泳池特別大也很漂亮，有兩個救生衣。
温泉非常舒服！

非常愉快的一次住宿體驗！從進門開始就感受到了酒店的用心。前台Mavis.Gina.Polly服務熱情，笑容親切。房間比想象中還要好，乾淨、明亮、沒有異味，床品柔軟舒適，一夜好眠。酒店的地理位置也很棒，交通便利。David主動幫助拿行李，性價比超高，絕對物超所值，五星好評！

整體一般般吧
設施：
因為天氣，温泉什麼的沒有去體驗無法評價
衞生：
房間總體挺乾淨的，第一晚被子裏有異物也及時處理了
環境：
周邊還是能點到外賣的，就是沒有機器人能送上樓，每次要跑到外面拿
房間內：洗手池太低了，水容易濺到。不過打掃阿姨很貼心幫我墊了毛巾
抽出來一天體驗了早餐和晚餐的自助，衹能説很一般，半成品太多了！
服務態度還是好的，希望酒店管理方面可以改善一下了。

帶孩子出行很友好。
前一天前台電聯，我説帶了小孩，他們還特意佈置了小帳篷玩偶，以及小童洗漱用品。酒店離騎樓，海大南門夜市都很近，有游泳池，小孩在游泳池玩到不想出門。這次時間緊迫沒機會試一下餐廳的早餐，下次有機會。

Everything is excellent. Breakfast is the best ever with a lot of varieties of food. They offered fresh juices and Japanese sushi.
