I was struggling between going to Hainan or Dalian, and also struggling between this hotel and the one next door. In the end, I said that the results of all the struggles were good, hahaha. Haikou hotels are generally old, but these hotels are also old and have excellent locations. In the end, the biggest reason for choosing this hotel was that I thought it had the foundation of Shangri-La and the catering would not be too bad. Facts have proved that this decision was correct. The breakfasts for two consecutive days were very satisfactory. Who would have thought that there were alkaline bread and fried dough sticks made by yourself! The waiters were also very good, even during the Dragon Boat Festival holiday. They also upgraded us to a high-rise room facing the sea, and finally gave us Salvatore Ferragamo toiletries when we checked out.

It was a pleasure to stay here. Olivia's service attitude was very good. I will choose to stay there next time.

The facilities are convenient, clean and sanitary, the service is thoughtful, there are hot springs, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a gym. I will come again next time. Thanks to Sherry at the front desk for her service and help

The hotel called me the day before check-in to ask what time I would arrive and what I needed. I said I was bringing my child, so they installed the bed fence in advance and upgraded my room for free. Check-in was quick, and I was very satisfied with the room. It was surprising that there were no mosquitoes. I called the front desk to ask for children's toiletries, which were delivered quickly. Check-out was also quick, and the front desk staff provided good service and sent a set of toiletries (I forgot whether it was Ferragamo or Bulgari). It was very quiet, with few people, suitable for lying down, and the breakfast was good. But the indoor children's playground was too small.
