Vienna International Hotel (Haikou East Railway Station)

This Vienna International Hotel on Zhongshan South Road in Haikou is truly excellent. The facilities are complete, and the hygiene is impeccable. The management is strict yet incredibly friendly to guests. It's super convenient, just a taxi's starting fare from Haikou East High-Speed Railway Station. The hotel itself is on a main road near a crossroads, and free parking makes getting around a breeze. What truly deserves special praise is how they handled my valuable item, which I accidentally left by the elevator. Not only were the other guests considerate, but the hotel floor staff promptly found it and securely kept it at the front desk. After verification, they were more than happy to immediately express-ship it back to me. This truly demonstrates their high level of integrity. Huge kudos to them for their enthusiastic service and stringent management, and a special shout-out to the male and female front desk staff!

The hotel environment is excellent, and the front desk service is very thoughtful. The housekeeping service is also great. It's conveniently located, very close to the bus stop.

The hotel is located in a bustling downtown area with excellent amenities nearby, making dining and shopping very convenient. The rooms are spacious and clean. It also has its own large parking lot, so parking is easy.

Whenever I'm in Haikou for business, I always prefer to stay at the Vienna Hotel Haikou East Station. After its renovation in 2024, all the facilities have been further upgraded and improved. It's fully functional, has an elegant environment, and the rooms are clean, tidy, and free of any odors. The soundproofing is quite good. The location is excellent, very close to Haikou East Station, making transportation incredibly convenient. Plus, the breakfast offers a great variety, with plenty of main courses and dishes to choose from.
