This is a lovely hotel just across from the beach and a short walk from a supermarket and restaurants. The service is excellent, in particular Xiao Wu was most helpful and pleasant. I would heartily recommend this hotel.

Wonderful hotel and helpful staff. Location is convinient, you can take a bus to go wherever you want as the bus stop is near the hotel.
The sea is in front of hotel, nice beach and cafes with sea view.
Swimming pool is also good here.

It is located near the sea shore and simultaneously you can swim in the swimming pool between 4 and 10 pm. The personal in the hotel is really friendly, but all communication is only possible with translator.
They offer nice breakfast with wide different dishes and allow to stay a little bit longer after official check out. The hotel is easy reachable from airport by bus number 3.

Хороший отель. Соответствует заявленным 4 звездам. Расположение хорошее, если у вас цель и на море попасть и к достопримечательностям хайкоу. Мягкая кровать, чистое белье, приличные завтраки с европейскими блюдами и нормальным кофе. Также есть бассейн, если вечером поплавать. На балконе стоит стиралтная машина, если постирать вещи.отлично.Рядом остановка автобусов 37, 35, которые курсируют как в сторону пляжа Холидей, так и в сторону улицы Цилоу. Рекомендую к использованию.

酒店還是很大氣，淡季去的，不算貴，很整潔，乾淨，大陽台，不過住的樓層較矮，風景欠佳，不過酒店就在海邊，但是吃飯什麼的不是很方便，點的外賣在酒店吃

房間非常大而且乾淨 ，前台服務人員態度非常友好 出門就是西秀海灘 還主動給孩子借了挖沙工具！連續住了3晚 一家人都非常滿意 ，早餐也吃得很豐盛 離市中心和陽光海灘都很近 是一個折中的最好位置！太喜歡這家酒店 ，期待下次來海南繼續入住！

一個問題。一家4口入住。入住的時候沒有告訴我孩子早上吃飯要加餐費。早上吃飯的時候和老婆穿着睡衣下去的。沒帶手機。和之前的服務人員説等下退房的時候給。不知道後來的服務員是怎麼的。吃完後準備上樓去拿手機付款。另一服務員一直守着電梯。要我們付款過後才能走。我入住了你們酒店，你們房費可不便宜，我會為兩個孩子早餐費逃單？我剛來海南第一天就搞得我心情很不好。
