第一次去海口，去之前酒店管家聯繫我，為我免費升級了房間，還挺開心。這次行程是計劃住三晚，前兩晚還都挺好。但是到了第三天，就發生了讓人感覺非常不好的事情。。。第三天我和家人去騎樓老街遊玩，晚上快10點回到酒店，正準備拿房卡刷卡進房間，發現房間的門大開着，開始以為服務員在屋裡，但沒聽到任何聲音，我們也沒敢進去，就給管家打了電話，一會兒大堂副理就上來了，我跟她們描述了事情的經過，她們説去調監控，後來給我的答覆是，因酒店服務員進房間開夜床，離開時忘記關門了，開門時長兩個小時。想想真是太可怕了。根據我們的要求，酒店給我們更換了房間。其他體驗都挺好，最後一晚的驚嚇太讓人感覺不好了（就因為服務員的一個疏忽。。。。。）
