落地海南入住的第一家酒店，就給我們留下了賓至如歸的感覺，酒店無論是環境、餐飲還是服務都超棒，入住正好是家中小朋友生日並且高考剛結束，酒店不僅幫忙佈置了房間，還升級房型並贈送了生日蛋糕，辦入住時大堂副理小蔡熱情接待，退房時前台小姐姐們也都十分熱心和專業，並贈送了離店伴手禮，感謝酒店讓我們的假期在愉快中開啟！

離島前再次選擇了亞特酒店，雖然一開始有些不愉快，周經理積極解決問題，兩次入住都因為微信回覆延遲而感到窩火，打前台電話效率會更高。
這次酒店經理升級了套房，整體比較舒適，軟硬件都很不錯，洗浴用品是寶格麗的，香皂很好聞…
酒店服務態度是很好的，除了微信回覆不及時，服務效率還是有待提高，因為之前的插曲，每位員工都在和我不停道歉，也確實有些尷尬，雖然致歉也是非常有誠意，態度非常好，但是如果服務質量跟上這些不必要的道歉也就都省去了…
健身房和泳池每次來都有使用，日常健身夠用了，室內25米恆温泳池，水也很乾凈水温稍有些高了，室外泳池沒有體驗。
酒店位置比較偏，離免税店和新海港很近，對於自駕的朋友非常方便，登島離島都可以選擇休息一兩晚
總體來説是很不錯的酒店，下次來海南還會選擇入住的。
