Ayong's Sea·Seaview Apartment (Haikou Bay Poly Branch)

The room is a duplex, with two bedrooms, a bathroom, a small tea room, and a storage room upstairs. Downstairs, there's a large living room, a dining room, another restroom, and a spacious balcony with fantastic sea views. All essential appliances are provided, including a fridge, TV, and washing machine. Pots, pans, cutlery, and seasonings are also available, making it easy to prepare simple meals. The owner was incredibly responsive; when we requested an extra quilt, it was delivered very quickly. There are two elevators, and they're never crowded, so waits are short. The surrounding area is very convenient, with several supermarkets and a few excellent and affordable restaurants. We ate at 'Coast Home' and 'Chuyue Restaurant' so often they became our go-to spots. There are also many breakfast places. Ordering takeout and receiving deliveries is super easy as they come right to your door. Getting a taxi to other locations is also convenient. It was a wonderful vacation experience.

I booked this B&B specifically for a sea-view room to catch the sunrise and enjoy the ocean. The host was incredibly kind and gave me a free room upgrade. The room was spacious, and there's a small balcony off the living room – perfect for a drink while enjoying the night view. It's also a great spot for some scenic back-of-head photos. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate; it was overcast after a typhoon, so I missed both the sunrise and sunset. Downstairs, there's a kitchen for cooking, a dining area, a living room, and a small study. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, both with large beds, accommodating up to four people, and all offer sea views. One even has a small tea room where you can fall asleep to the sound of waves at night. On a clear day, the balcony offers distant views of Century Bridge, the Cloud Cave Library, Huacai Haikou Bay Plaza, and Sky Mountain Station. In the evenings, you can even hear music from Zizai Bay. There's a fantastic restaurant with live performances near the complex. Plenty of dining options nearby too, including breakfast spots, late-night eateries, BBQ, cafes, and supermarkets.

Environment: The surroundings are excellent. All the windows offer sea views. It's very close to Holiday Beach, Cloud Cave Library, and the new landmark, Zizai Bay. There are many BBQ restaurants downstairs in the complex, and enjoying BBQ with the sea breeze is incredibly comfortable. 😌 Service: Brother Yong is absolutely fantastic! 👍 Although we didn't meet, his voice suggested he's a meticulous and gentle person. When I checked out, I left two necklaces on the bedside shelf. He braved the rain to retrieve them and mail them back to me. I definitely have to give him a big thumbs up! 👍 My child is attending university in Haikou, so I will definitely stay at Brother Yong's place again in the future. 😊

The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a beautiful view of the Qiongzhou Strait. The room was exceptionally clean, and the owner was incredibly nice. They recommended local Haikou delicacies and popular photo spots, and were very enthusiastic. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

The room was clean and tidy, and the view was absolutely beautiful, with floor-to-ceiling windows directly facing the sea. It was also very convenient to catch a taxi right outside. However, I do have a suggestion: the air conditioners in both the living room and bedroom are quite old. They make a loud noise when turned on at night, so I'd recommend either cleaning them thoroughly or replacing them.
