《旅館業治安管理辦法》第六條要求：旅館接待旅客住宿必須登記，登記時應當查驗旅客的身份證件。但身份查驗並不等於人臉識別。在沒有法律支持的情況下“強制刷臉”，不符合《個人訊息保護法》的規定。
前台兩個男服務員在我明確告知不用刷臉，還強制刷臉，説海口叔叔的規定，都要刷臉，不然不能入住。
回覆12345後，還説我沒有帶身份證，所以衹能刷臉，美蘭機場叔叔回覆，早就讓酒店前台這幫人學習了，還在強制刷臉，叔叔到你們現場，要求你們道歉，你們是道歉嗎，一直強調理由。被叔叔現場打臉，你們疼嗎，害臊嗎?
我一直覺得美蘭國際機場酒店，酒店前台就是有意收集個人訊息的。
