服務非常好。加了Ruby的微信，然後因為海口天氣不好，航班變動，導致這次行程有很多突發狀況和變動，問了ruby很多問題，都及時回覆了。知道我打球，還送了我高爾夫禮盒，還送了la mer的小樣。房間洗護用品選的也特別棒。碰到的服務員也基本都是面帶微笑的。
除了感覺很潮，被子也有點潮潮的。但勝在服務好。下次來海口還會考慮入住麗思卡爾頓。
