很喜歡索菲特的法式風格，35樓大堂的巨型玫瑰花和景觀很適合打卡，大使Eve很耐心回答我的問題服務很好，五樓是無邊泳池，太陽下山的時候去很舒服，泳池旁邊就是健身房很方便，下次來還選海口索菲特

房間非常滿意

Because it was very late on Friday when I drove from Sanya to Haikou, the front desk quickly helped me check in and helped coordinate the check-out time. Thank them very much. I will definitely choose their home when I go to Haikou city for business in the future, and I will also recommend friends to stay here. 很不錯的選擇，基本每次到海口都會首選這裏，環境，服務，設施食物都很棒，最愛這裏的游泳池，室內室外都有，特別曬的時候可以在室內遊，還有一個熱温泉池和汗蒸房，總體感覺都很好。

經常到海口出差入住，每次都會選擇這家索菲特入住 雖然轉乘電梯特別不方便，但是服務非常好！每次Eve都會幫我安排好合適房間，下次回海口還會來這裏住
