Hampton by Hilton Haikou Haidian Island

Facilities: Fully equipped, and we even received welcome fruits. Cleanliness: Daily housekeeping, very prompt. We stayed for 8 days and our room was thoroughly cleaned every day. Environment: Located in a residential area, the hotel is very quiet. Service: Excellent service. Any issues were promptly addressed by the front desk and feedback was given immediately.

I was here for a business trip. I've stayed at this hotel before and was satisfied. The front desk service is great, and the breakfast is plentiful, with omelets and Hainan noodles. The rooms also have a mini-fridge, and the shower is a wet/dry separation. The bedding is Hilton Garden Inn's exclusive brand. The laundry room and gym are self-service, which is very convenient. I felt safe and comfortable during my stay, and there's plenty of parking. I'll definitely come back next time.

This hotel is pretty good, meeting the usual Hilton standards. Considering the overall service level in Hainan, the staff here are quite excellent. I'd definitely recommend it.

The environment was better than expected, and the service was warm and welcoming. We even got complimentary fruit. We asked for two bottles of water and they gave us four, which was really thoughtful. There were no insects in the room, and the housekeeping lady was also very kind and friendly.

The hotel's location is pretty good; it's quite close to Qilou Old Street, about a ten-minute walk. I even checked out the 'Dad Tea' restaurant that 'Running Man' visited, which was very unique. The room's cleanliness paid attention to details, and everything provided made me feel at ease.
