第一，前台的服務不敢恭維，這種酒店能存活説白了就是靠着吃品牌老本存活！等着哪天希爾悦在海南名聲不行的時候這個酒店基本就涼涼！
第二，房價在180左右的酒店在海口都屬於輕奢經濟型酒店了，前台的服務用一個詞形容就是噁心！簡直就是70.80塊賓館的服務，開個發票可以從昨天拖到第二天下午，然後還理直氣壯的告訴你，等你第三天退房了在一起開，我笑了，我的發票怎麼開還要聽你們安排，催續住訂單的時候你怎麼不説，等我離店了在一起下單？***雙標！
第三，原本以為酒店的好評是真的的，現在想想真的是自導自演的刷好評的酒店！
第四，奉勸大家一句188元在它附近比它好的酒店多得是，價格還比它便宜！接下來就有請酒店在下面評論中進行虛偽的辯解！

在海口也住過不少酒店咯，總的來説這一家給我的體驗感最高，酒店不僅乾淨整潔，而且服務周到，及時處理問題，電梯刷卡機制確保住客安全隱患，由於出差早出晚歸，夜間前台服務也很好，有效溝通，積極處理問題，總得來滿分！下次出差首選04
