服務：服務意識很強，態度很好，解決問題及時，好溝通，給前台的姑娘點贊👍🏻 環境：內部環境很好，像個大花園一樣我，也有泳池，還能泡温泉。房間內部設施非常人性化。就餐環境很好，早餐很好吃，每天不重樣！我很喜歡的一點是，每天早上早餐時都會播放新聞，還挺有意思的，邊吃早餐邊看新聞。 衞生：很好，沒有看見蟑螂和蟲子。 設施：非常人性化。但是客廳空調製熱功能一般哦，因為這幾天比較冷，屋內得開空調。 雙人温泉無限泡:朋友泡了，説很不錯。

總體還是可以的但是做為掛四星的酒店，衞生服務不錯，早餐也可以的，就是整體房間比較舊了。

早餐很好，前台服務很好，給升級了房間，還有小魚池子，正規的，非常滿意，下次還會選擇這裏

帶孩子在這裏參加全國比賽，酒店靠近海邊，設施比較完善，出去海邊也很方便，前台人員服務比較好，耐心的講解！

第二次來海口跨年，繼續選擇了這裏。非常滿意，離五河源體育館很近，看完也不怕打不了車直接走路回酒店就可以了。下次跨年還在這的話還會繼續預訂！

環境挺好的，離海邊和五源河體育場都不遠，房間內空間不大，也夠用。温泉要泡，需要自帶泳衣。早餐挺豐富的，咖啡挺好喝。
