房間寬大，設施齊全
衞生乾淨整潔。價格實惠。唯一不明白的地方就是在酒店住宿吃個早餐還要收取每人3元的座位費。難道讓客人站着吃早餐？

標準的賓館，寬暢整潔，説不出大毛病。東站很近，去美蘭機場方向暢通不堵車。樓下二層有粵式早茶，各種點心炒菜十分方便。附近還有大大小小飯館。

這是我到海南來住的性價比最高的酒店，沒有之一，
設施：設備有些老化，但是價格合理，衞生乾淨整潔，房間寬敞明亮，離高鐵站很近，又在部隊醫院旁邊，有又回到部隊大院的感覺，還有軍號聲！到海口我一定還會住這家的！

酒店態度很好，環境也乾淨衞生，房間空間大，電視也給力，電信電視盒的，打開都能看👀
洗了衣服也有得晾，採光也很好！二樓還有的吃，實屬一條龍服務，還送了一張飲品券可以免費兑換

十二年以前剛進海南時就住京山酒店，當時還沒有高鐵站，依舊是這樣，實木傢俱，看着上檔次，交通便利，出行方便，也是有點懷舊的感覺，想再過來體驗一下！
