酒店氛圍特別好~沒有冷冰冰的公事公辦，充滿了人情味。酒店員工專業素質高，服務周到。免費健身房和洗衣房，為住客提供極大便利~二樓還有自助早餐，味道不錯。我曾遺失重要文件，前台迅速協助郵寄，細心負責令人感動。強烈推薦這家酒店~不僅設施完善，更擁有無可挑剔的服務品質！

酒店環境挺好，設施完善，前台服務熱情，剛到海口不是很熟悉附近好玩好吃的地方，前台很有耐心的推薦，酒店距離玩的地方都很近，開車大概二十分鐘左右，吃飯的話附近還有個萬達廣場跟友誼南海城，周邊吃飯很方便，停車很方便~酒店停車場位置充足，出去回來忘記帶房卡遇到客房，也是很有耐心的核實，很贊~

非常滿意-酒店位置在交通學校跟海口市一中的中間，步行2分鐘就到，真的很近。我來參加考試，不想折騰了就想着在考點附近酒店住一晚，來着這裏之後感覺這裏真是太方便了，離丘海大道高速路口特別近，就開了幾分鐘左右就到了酒店。並且酒店有自己的免費停車場，位置多，停車非常方便。新能源充電樁也有-值得推薦-
