房間總體還行，但服務不敢恭維！服務主要體現在送機服務：中午辦理了入住手續，需求送機服務，前台女服務員諮詢了我，起飛時間為當天晚上20:00，幫我預約了17:50的送機服務，並預留了電話號碼！17:40辦理退房，辦理退房時前台更換了男服務員，我告知他預約了17:50的送機服務，他告知我在大廳等待即可，18:00時諮詢前台男服務員車什麼時候到，他當時不知在忙啥，説再等等，等到18:08，我看情況不對，再次諮詢前台男服務員，前台男服務這才去查看預約登記，查到我入住的房間預約送機時間為17:00，送機的車早走了！現在沒車了！（退房前沒接收過相關用車電話）於是我問他，我在這白等了半小時你才告訴我説沒車送機，那怎麼辦？他説現在沒車也沒辦法，衹能自己打車過去了！溝通期間男服務員態度不見有任何的不好意思，完全就一副與他無關的樣子！當時就一個氣，外面還下着大雨，衹好自己叫車，3分鐘等車13分鐘到機場，費用才10元多點，比在酒店瞎等他們的送車服務快多了！在現今這年代，軟件的服務比硬件的環境設施更為重要，希望店家多重視一下軟件服務！
