The stay was excellent. The location is convenient for getting around, the room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. There was enough space, which was great for staying with children. The service was attentive, check-in was efficient, and the facilities were comprehensive. It was quiet overall, not noisy, and perfect for a relaxing stopover. There are many dining options nearby, and it's easy to get to Qilou Old Street and Haida South Gate Night Market. The value for money is great, making it ideal for a short trip to Haikou. I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

The room was spacious and quiet, with excellent air conditioning. The mini-bar had a great selection of new items, all complimentary, and there was even a delivery robot for room service. The price was incredibly good, offering fantastic value for money! If you're on a business trip nearby or heading to the duty-free shop, I highly recommend staying here. It's superb!

Located 5mins into Qilou Old Street where you can have a variety of local food, drinks, local shopping. Getting around in DiDi car rides is easy. Hotel room simple for stay. Clean and appropriate toiletries. No minibar fridge and television. However desktop computer, keyboard, mouse and headset available in the room (as specified as gaming & sleeping room. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful.

Facilities: The hotel is very new and has all the necessary amenities. There's a washing machine, gym, and restaurant. The environment is excellent, tastefully decorated in a vintage and Nanyang style. The bedding is very comfortable; the mattress is just right, not too soft or too hard. Each bed comes with two types of pillows, so guests who prefer either soft or firm pillows will find one that suits them – that's a huge plus! The 4th-floor restaurant also serves great food, making it possible to spend the entire day at the hotel without needing to go out. Cleanliness: All tables in the room, including those in the bathroom, were very clean. Service: The front desk staff wasn't overly enthusiastic, but they did handle everything I needed them to, so it was fine. The airport transfer driver was nice and quite chatty. Airport pick-up/drop-off service: Having the airport transfer service was truly hassle-free, and the vehicles provided were new and comfortable.

The room was clean and the service was excellent. The facilities were complete, with a washing machine and dryer. The front desk lady even helped keep an eye on my laundry, which was a very nice gesture. Overall, I had a good experience.

This is an established hotel with a great view, directly facing the golf course greens. The service is excellent, and the water park is well-managed; you can freely enjoy activities like paddleboarding. Many hot spring pools are also open, and the gardens are beautifully maintained. Dinner at the hotel's Chinese restaurant, Yaoyue Ting, was quite good. We also tried the mooncakes provided by the hotel today, and they were delicious.

The location is excellent, making it super convenient to explore Qilou Old Street. The customer service was also great; I called ahead since I was traveling with a child, and when we arrived, the twin beds were already pushed together, and an extra bed was reserved. However, only the comfort twin rooms can be combined, not the deluxe twin rooms. So, the room had only an inner window, and when we first entered, there was a faint lingering smell of smoke. The bedding was very comfortable and high quality. The service was excellent, and the amenities were complete. Highly recommended!

My top choice every time I visit Haikou! The location is superb, right in the city center, making it incredibly convenient for dining and ordering delivery. The rooms come with private hot springs, which are simply impeccable – a godsend for hot spring lovers. They even provide bath sachets now, so the service keeps getting better! I ordered delivery a few times, and the robots delivered it super fast, surprisingly quick! The nearby market is also great for browsing; I always buy some fruits and vegetables to take home. It's so convenient, especially since I'm in China! Today was my first time using the airport shuttle, and they even offered free bus tickets – absolutely perfect! Watching the sea, drinking coconut water, enjoying some old dad's tea, and soaking in the hot springs – a Haikou vacation is truly delightful.

I stayed for four nights, and apart from the slightly higher price during the October National Holiday, there were no other issues. The room seems to have been renovated recently; it's quite new and equipped with a dehumidifier. The soundproofing is excellent, and the balcony is also a plus. I was a bit worried after seeing some negative reviews before checking in, but I found it to be very good after staying. The butler service was also great; they promptly resolved any issues and even brought hot milk when the weather turned cold. In the evening, you can walk directly to the beach, and the pool facilities are good too; the kids had a blast.

This was my third stay with this brand. The room was decent, though the bathroom had a slight odor. My elderly family member was staying in a separate room, and initially, our rooms were assigned quite far apart. The front desk immediately called us to offer a room change, which was very helpful. The young lady at the front desk provided excellent service. Even though it was busy, and the elevator was undergoing maintenance (causing a crowd at the front desk with some people complaining), the staff worked hard to resolve issues and greet everyone warmly. Their efforts are definitely commendable.
