The room was so dirty, the bedding has not been renewed for at least 5 years .
The breakfast was so cheap and no variety.
Telephone in the room was not working.

Old rooms with furniture falling apart, air conditioning only cold with highs of 8 degrees outside (they had to put an electric heater in the room). Restaurant for dinner and breakfast just sufficient. Good internet connection. Positive note, very helpful staff.

The dealing of the staff is very bad , before booking I take the confirmation regarding the invoice if I make the booking through ********** and they confirmed that they can give invoice. But now they cheated me saying that they cannot give invoice.. I will never book this hotel again. I went to finance depar**ent to talk about this they also didnt keep their words

Very good hotel just 4 km from the historic center. We even found a car with driver to visit Jubbah. It's just a shame that the bedroom has a blacked-out window.
As in the rest of the country, the swimming pool and fitness center are only open to men, which is a shame.

The Hotel Golden Tulip was a satisfactory hotel. The room was quiet and the beds were comfortable. However, our sink did not drain (even over night!) and the shower had almost zero water pressure. This is not the Golden Tulip standard we expect. The breakfast was "ok." If you are staying in Ha'il, there may be better places to stay. We were very disappointed.
