We checked in when it was raining and cold, stayed in room 6, which is on the 3rd floor and worth the stair climb. Brittney immediately texted me the room door key code and some nearby places to eat, as it was already 4pm and we were famished. She came by later and gave my a full tour of the house, it's gorgeous. Guests not only have access to all the first floor, they also have a huge dining area, stocked with every conceivable breakfast food and beverage imaginable. Brittney makes a fresh pot of coffee every morning, but there's also a Keurig with the most extensive array of coffee and tea pods I've ever seen in any hotel or inn. She also puts out fresh fruits, preserves, hard boiled eggs, bars and smoked salmon, as well as cheeses, breads and bagels. We were even offered the option to have her get some fresh eggs if we wanted to cook them for breakfast on the inn's professional level gas stove. Brittney offered to make us a fire and did so the next night, very nice and cozy. We were having a great time, despite a looming family issue that became an emergency and forced us to leave 3 days early. We've stayed in many an inn or B & B and have learned that a great property and location are key, but a great host even more so. Brittney is a young lady but an old soul who's wise beyond her years. Both my wife and I enjoyed meeting her, talking with her and the way she took care of the inn and us. I highly recommend this inn, it's beautiful and 10-15 minutes from Ketchum, without the crowds, traffic and sky high costs.

The only thing bad about my stay was that I was only there for 1 night. It is a near perfect version of what a bed and breakfast is supposed to be. After a day of blazing skiing at Sun Valley in was like going home to relax in peace and quiet. Breakfast food is available around the clock which is very convenient for coffee or snacks when you choose. There is a very comfortable and cozy dining area and living room to relax. The room was spotless and after skiing the bed was very comfortable I slept 10 + hours. I will return and highly recommend !

We had never stayed at a B&B, but decided to give it a try. I am SO glad we did! Britney and Thomas were so friendly and helpful. She gave me a bag of frozen peas when I broke my collarbone, and he gave us great tips on other things to see and do on our trip after we had to cancel our more adventurous plans. They even let us borrow their bike lock! We stayed in room 4 and the beds were quite possibly the most comfortable I have ever slept on! We stayed 3 nights, and I hated to leave! They have comfy common areas, a great front porch we enjoyed after a day of activity, a ping pong table, piano, fireplace (it wasn't the time of year to use it), board games, a huge yard, etc. And the breakfast was fantastic! They have it set up for self-serve, and it's available 24 hours/day. I couldn't believe not only the quantity, but the quality and variety they provide. And very healthy options (unlike the junk they give you at the hotel chains). They also have a water filter, and provide you with bottles of fresh water, ice, and even freezer packs you can use for the day. And we stashed our dinner leftovers in the fridge for lunch the next day. I highly recommend this inn.

I can't recommend this place enough! This is a historic house turned into a hotel; Brittney started running it not that long ago but she managed to turn it into a miracle - this is literally the first hotel in my life where I felt cozy like at home. Downstairs, there is a kitchen, living room, and dining room; they are all set up in the most convenient way, so that you can find anything you need. The dining room has breakfast stuff available all day long, with widest selection of fresh items possible; as an example, I even found fresh tepache in the fridge, and I haven't seen it anywhere else in ages! The kitchen has all kinds of cookware you may possibly need, so my wife and I cooked dinners for ourselves there and saved a lot of money this way. The living room has board games, books, and a TV; I am into exploring new areas when I am traveling and I found lots of helpful books there about Central Idaho. The room we were staying in was clean, nice and cozy, and set up in a thoughtful way. The managers are the nicest people, trying really hard to help out customers; I really liked one book that was in the living room and Brittney just gave it to me as a gift. Staying in this place is really worth it.

Very cozy stay in a central location! Charming Inn with a lot of character while having modern amenities at the same time. Nice bed, nice breakfast (accommodating us vegetarian/vegans), and we had a blast playing the wii they had in the common room! Would highly recommend and will be staying here again the next time we’re in the area.
