The Grand Steward Hotel in Snow Town has an excellent location. The staff are enthusiastic, and it's very clean. The facilities are modern and smart too. I'll definitely be back next time!

Spacious clean double floor room for 3 guests, with excellent front desk service, namely Zhao Chungong, Ms Li and Ms Liu Yang, They even full heartedly assisted us to book a transport Rmb 800 business car, reached safely to snow valley.
We also requested to book for us transport from snow valley Rmb1100 for business car, arranged by sub transport provider.
To our disappointment, driver came with standard size car where we felt uncomfortable space and with his service as follows:
1) car requested not as per agreement / not business car
2) time fetch not as per agreement / fetch us too early at 8.30pm, departed at 9.30pm
3) reason given as road be not smoothly
4) upon reaching railway station at 12.30am, was closed,
without explaination just brought us our luggage, despite the cold weather.
5) did not fetch us from hotel nearby as promised, at Yabuli area
6) wrong information about duration hours from snow valley to Yabuli West railway station, 5-6 hours, actually is 2.5hrs to 3hrs

The room was very warm, and they even gave us frozen pears and persimmons, which my child said were delicious! The service was excellent! All the staff were wonderful, warm, attentive, and patient! We'll definitely go back next time!

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Snow Town Stele. The room has underfloor heating, keeping it warm and preventing dry air. The view is amazing, highly recommended.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The room was spotless, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable. Any requests we had were met with an immediate response, and they were so enthusiastic about helping with our luggage. I truly felt a great sense of warmth in this city, highly recommend!
It's right off the shuttle bus stop, and they also have full dining and supermarket facilities. The room amenities are very new, and the smart toilet and soundproofing are excellent. If you're traveling for business, this is definitely the place to choose!

This hotel boasts the best location within the scenic area, hands down. It's right where the park shuttle drops you off! The hotel itself is incredibly spacious and very clean, and the hotel manager was exceptionally attentive. They offer a one-stop service for accommodation and dining, and the price for their 'Iron Pot Stew' is comparable to what you'd find in Harbin.

Environment: Clean and tidy, directly facing the main stage for disco, with a great view. If you're sensitive to cold, you can even dance indoors! It's also right by where the shuttle drops you off, so the location is excellent.
